Breathe into a place of creativity and flow. Using a variety of breath techniques including Conscious Connect Breathwork, the practice helps you deeply release bodily tension, find clarity and connection with your intuition, and let go of limiting beliefs that hold you back.

Embodied movement to unwind, find space, and invite ease into your being. Yoga flow, soft mobility work, and intuitive movement are woven together in an embodied practice. The focus is on how the movement feels over how it looks, on listening to your body and finding creative ways to respond.

Rest in a world that wants you to rush. Restorative yoga, gentle breathwork, and Yoga Nidra are the tools to make space for deep rest, to say ‘no thanks’ to the idea that we need to be constantly striving for more. Spend time in the liminal spaces where insights are revealed and shifts happen.
